TOS
1. NSFWI will not draw NSFW of an animal, even if that animal has humanoid features. This includes as well suggestive content such as Ahegao faces, kinks related objects/clothes.★
2. PaymentPayPal / Ko-Fi
The payment must be sent over before the sketch for artist's safety (as customer already have PayPal's protection services), if the payment exceed 50€, we can go for a 50% first and 50% before the final result!

3. About color accuracyBe aware that I render my work, meaning that sometimes the colors aren't exactly respected the ones in your reference. The only time I would respect the colors would be for flat colors commissions and references sheets.★
4. ReferencesPlease provide one or several references that are clear enough to understand (ex: if complicated pattern, I would prefer the png/jpeg file through a link like Toyhouse).★
5. Changing charactersYou can change the character if I haven't started on it, or only started on the very rough sketch, unless that sketch in itself is complex.★
6. PolitenessDon't be rude if something is not of my resort, this will result in a commission's cancellation and blacklisting.★
7. About small modificationsYou can ask for some modifications if I didn't respect the reference, I will always ask anyway. However if this is on the customer's behalf (forgot a detail in the reference, description...), it would cost extra fees.★
8. About HQ fileThe HQ file will be given only when the payment will be fully accepted and right after the completion of your commission. This will be given under a link form, a sta.sh link (associated with DeviantArt), but I'll tell you how to proceed, make sure to download it as I delete my artworks from times to times. If you can't download it, tell me and give me your e-mail so I can send it to you.★
9. After getting the commission workDo not add more value than what you originally paid. This concerns people wanting to sell/resell their character (that I would have made art for). I understand you have paid for it and now possess it, however I do not accept people getting profits off my work.★
10. Commercial useConcerning commercial use, do not use bought artworks as any form of commercial use. Only exception being if we have come to an agreement on commercial use fees.★
11. CancellationThe commission will be cancelled if the customer doesn't reply within a week during payment's procedure.★
12. Concerning AI artWhile I am fine using AI image as a reference (will not do direct modifications on the AI generated image). I do not allow people to use my art in AI generators, since I would consider that as art stealing, and because of the many rumors around these types of generators.★
